The B3 Fitness Approach

Coaching programs include a comprehensive nutrition plan, custom commercial gym or home training program, and 24/7 support in order to reach your goals. Physical therapy services are offered locally for orthopedic conditions as well as women’s health issues.

Custom Nutrition

Nutrition programs will be customized to meet your individual goals. The 12 week program will allow you to eat foods you enjoy while still losing body fat. A variety of healthy menu options are included to get you looking and feeling your best. Vegan and gluten free options are available.

Training Programs

Custom training programs will be tailored to your fitness level. Workouts can be done in a commercial gym or at home. Resistance training, daily step targets, and cardio programs will provide a strong foundation to help build muscle and lose fat.
