One on One, Private Gym Sessions
All personal training is done one on one in a private gym setting in Orland Park, IL. Clients will work on perfecting technique with weight lifting, improving strength, and learning what exercises are best for their bodies to prevent injury. All weightlifting plans are customized to each client’s unique needs. Sessions last 55 minutes and are sure to improve your knowledge about training as well as give you an amazing workout!
