Maintenance Assist / Diet Break
Maintenance Assist – If long term goal weight has been met, clients will receive guidance with tracking calories and macronutrients without a custom menu provided
Diet Break – If long term goal weight has not been met, client will return to maintenance levels with set menu. After two weeks of diet break, round two begins in order to lose more weight.
