Nutrition Program

Custom nutrition programs are made to suit each client’s individual needs and goals. During the 12 week Transformation, you will be eating foods you enjoy while avoiding the ones you dislike. Your program can be designed around your busy lifestyle. Clients will be given a custom set menu each week based on their caloric and macronutrient values required to lose weight or gain muscle. Clients check in on a weekly basis and their menu is adjusted accordingly at this time. Adherence to the program is essential for results. After the 12 week program, an exit strategy is discussed so you can continue on your fitness journey.

Training will consist of resistance exercises, cardio, and a daily step target. Each program will be customized to your current fitness level. Programs may be done at home, in a commercial gym, or a combination of both. This training program incorporates both upper and lower extremity exercises at each session to encourage optimal blood flow to the muscles during workouts.
